'Of The First Water' was released by Sons of Selina from the Nour D'Oui album, published by Delerium Records in 1994.
I first heard Of The First Water when I bought Pick & Mix - a compilation disc set - the following year. I marvelled at this song and always loved the intense sound.
Onwards to 2021 and to the platform that is Instagram. It is here that I managed to find Neil Crud who is the author of Of The First Water and musician of the same ilk.
Very generously, Neil gave me permission to produce his likeness in watercolour.
